- This a Letter that I Recived from Iris Braywood son RichardPhillip Bell.William Edward Michael John (Ted) Lawless married IrisBraywood Black (nee Ashmead) in 1973 Randwick,Sydney andthey lived at Coogee and later moved to Queensland untillher death in 2002.They had a happy marriage upholding strong family values atall times.Ted worked for construction companies whilst in Sydneybeing a very capable tiler by trade but as able to turn hishands to many aspects of the building trade.He extended hisknowledge in the field of Occupational Health and workedwas a competent frist aid officer among his other duties.Heworked long hours and was a much sort after,trustedemployee at all times.His dedication to hisresponsibilities have been well noted by all his employers.Due to my mother's ill health,Ted became a full time caerand they later decided to move to Queensland,Where shewould be closer to her daughters.He dedicated his lifeentirely to her needs including her personal care and atall times he looked after her with great tenderness,loveanddevotion even when she was in hospital.From my perspective I am eternally grateful to Ted for theunconditional love and caring hr displayed for my mother atall times..signed Richard Philip Bell
